Tétris acted on behalf of Deloitte - audit and consultancy company - to reorganise its head office. We managed the interior fittings and carried out the works in general contractor mode. We were responsible for the successful fitting out of more than 30,000 m² of offices, including 20,000 m² that were still occupied.
The main challenge was managing the work across a number of buildings. This reorganisation made it possible to house 5,100 work stations, with some of them laid out for desk sharing. The first phase of works for the interior fittings lasted 4 months. The second phase, carried out while the offices were still occupied, lasted 12 months. Tétris' proven ability to manage large scale projects was a decisive factor in the client's choice. The quality of the services provided during the first phase convinced the customer to continue its partnership with us.
The architectural design work was done by the Workplace & Design department of JLL France.
